1Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling service, requesting a quote, approving an estimate, or allowing work to begin, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2Services Provided

• Perfect Solutions Garage Door Inc. provides professional garage door installation, replacement, maintenance, and repair services throughout the Sacramento region and surrounding areas.
• All services are performed in accordance with California contractor laws and industry standards.

3Estimates & Payments

• Estimates are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit may be required before ordering materials.
• Special order doors are non-refundable once production begins.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur fees permitted by law.
• Customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks for properly completed services.

4Special Orders & Custom Products

• Custom doors, special sizes, colors, glass, and upgraded hardware are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started.
• Delays caused by manufacturer, supply chain, weather, or third-party vendors are not grounds for cancellation.

5Affiliated Companies & Subcontractors

• Perfect Solutions Garage Door Inc. may utilize affiliated companies, subcontractors, or authorized service providers to perform installations, repairs, or related services.
• All affiliated entities are selected carefully and are expected to meet professional standards.
• By accepting service, you acknowledge that work may be performed by an affiliated or authorized partner acting on behalf of Perfect Solutions Garage Door Inc.

6Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to doors, openers, springs, and hardware as provided by the manufacturer. Labor warranty (if offered) covers workmanship only and does not cover:

• Accidental damage
• Abuse or misuse
• Structural shifting
• Acts of God
• Lack of maintenance
• Electrical issues not installed by us

Warranty becomes void if work is altered by another contractor.

7Property Conditions & Pre-Existing Issues

Customer acknowledges:

• Garage framing must be structurally sound.
• Electrical outlet must be present for opener installation.
• Pre-existing damage, wood rot, cracked jambs, or structural issues are not the responsibility of Perfect Solutions Garage Door Inc.
• We are not responsible for drywall cracks, stucco cracks, paint damage, or cosmetic disturbances during installation.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfect Solutions Garage Door Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to:

• Loss of use
• Loss of profits
• Personal inconvenience
• Property access issues

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

9Access & Safety

• Customer must provide safe and clear access to the work area.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions exist.
• Pets, vehicles, and stored items must be removed from work area prior to service.

10Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.
• Deposits on special orders are non-refundable.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to service fees.

11Financing

• Financing options are subject to third-party approval.
• Perfect Solutions Garage Door Inc. is not responsible for lender decisions, rates, or financing terms.

12Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute arising from services shall first attempt to be resolved through good faith negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in the State of California.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

14SMS Communications

If you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Perfect Solutions Garage Door Inc. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive text messages. Description of SMS use cases:

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier in connection with SMS communications.

19Age Restriction
